Job Title: Financial Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Growth Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing incoming client statements, identifying relevant accounting positions, and mapping them to target schemes. They will also quality check results, add missing information, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

This is a demanding role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, experience in international accounting standards, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 2 years work experience in accounting or a similar role
  • Knowledge of at least 1 international accounting standard (IFRS, US GAAP) and ideally German HGB
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
