Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of our web and enterprise systems
  • Develop technology strategy and roadmap

  • Deliver software and platforms that enable us to scale with quality
  • Responsible for hiring, building, and leading a technology team from scratch
Requirements:
  • 12-15 years of experience in java technologies
  • Experience of delivering more than 2 software systems from inception till release
  • Hands-on development experience in java, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Restful Web Services & Angular technologies
  • Possess passion about software architecture, design, and writing good code
  • Adept in new design frameworks and able to incorporate them to increase RoI of software
  • Implement right delivery methodology to continuously improve the speed and quality of delivery
  • At least 2 years of Technical Product Management experience or held a Senior Technical position
  • Strong ability to hire, build, and lead a team of world-class software development engineers
Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
