We are seeking an innovative and skilled mobile application developer to join our team. This is a chance to work on cutting-edge projects that have real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
  • Design and implement clean architecture and state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).
  • Develop scalable, maintainable, and modular code.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect mobile apps.
  • E nsure responsive layouts adapt to different devices and screen sizes.
  • Work with designers to refine animations, transitions, and overall user experience.
  • Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, or third-party SDKs.
  • Handle real-time data sync, offline storage, and caching.
  • Implement authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth).
  • Write unit tests and widget tests for reliability.
  • Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, crashes, and bugs.
  • Optimize apps for speed, memory usage, and responsiveness.
  • Implement best practices for lazy loading, API throttling, and efficient data handling.
  • Monitor and improve app stability & crash analytics (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features on time.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage builds, releases, and deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and testing.
  • Provide post-release support, monitoring app performance and user feedback.
  • Stay updated with new Flutter releases, Dart improvements, and mobile app trends.
  • Experiment with new libraries, tools, and frameworks to enhance development speed.
  • Suggest process improvements and best practices to improve team efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter frameworks.
  • Experience with state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod).
  • Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and security.
  • Experience with Firebase services (Firestore, Push Notifications, Crashlytics).
  • Knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
