Job Title: Web Designer

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for bringing creative ideas to life for websites and creating visual elements that align with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mastery in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and responsive design are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and implementing HTML designs using the latest standards is also required.
  • You will create wireframes, user flows, process flows, storyboards, and site maps to visualize the user experience.
  • Design and develop new interfaces for users to engage with our web application.
  • Contribute to UI/UX meetings, providing expertise and initial mockup sketches to inform design decisions.
  • Develop a style guide for colors, fonts, and design patterns in our web app to ensure consistency across the platform.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with attention to user-system interaction are necessary for success in this role.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes is also desirable.
  • Able to solve problems creatively and effectively, staying up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the field.
