Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial analysis and key credit metrics calculation on Excel-based models or lending platforms
  • Identifying and creating reports for key performance indicators in the credit review process
  • Calculating covenant compliance in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationales for covenant Met/Breach results
  • Conducting annual, quarterly, and monthly reviews and populating associated templates
  • SWOT analysis and financial forecasting
  • Covenant performance verification and compliance checks against thresholds
  • Collateral analysis and ad-hoc support to portfolio managers
  • Mentoring and training junior team members and acting as SME for other team members
  • Performance management and development of junior team members
  • Handling client calls and periodic communication
Requirements
  • Masters degree in finance, economics, or accounting from a reputable institution with 2+ years of experience in a similar profile
  • Strong accounting and financial skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve issues effectively
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a strong team culture
  • Task completion on time and active listening skills
