Job Summary
This full-time on-site position requires a skilled Community Manager to cultivate a dynamic community within our Mumbai co-working space. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating events and activities to promote member interaction and satisfaction
- Managing relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved efficiently
- Maintaining smooth operations of the space, including administrative tasks and facility management
- Promoting our values and culture through various channels
Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
