About this role

Develop your skills in financial analysis, valuation and modeling as you support deal execution in our Investment Banking team.

As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Asia with a focus on India domestic deals. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile deals, develop key relationships with clients and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking franchise in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex financial models and analyses to support deal origination and execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes, communications and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Perform comprehensive industry and market research and company analysis within the consumer and industrial sectors.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal structuring, negotiation and execution.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in finance, business or economics.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or related fields working on consumer and industrial transactions.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer and industrial sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
