This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative team as a Game-Based Learning Designer.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing gamified behavioural learning solutions for employees in client organisations. They will be responsible for customising content based on learning need analysis with the client, authoring content for learning games, group processes and interactive case simulations, writing scenarios, cases, and scripts for engaging and immersive learning experiences, designing board games and virtual games for learning (serious games), and creating learning strongly rooted in behavioural science, focused on bringing lasting change in learners.

About the Role:

• Design gamified behavioural learning solutions for employees in our client organisations
• Customize content on the basis learning need analysis with the client
• Author content for learning games, group processes and interactive case simulations
• Write scenarios, cases, and scripts for engaging and immersive learning experiences
• Design board games and virtual games for learning (serious games)
• Create learning strongly rooted in behavioural science, focused on bringing lasting change in the learners

Requirements:

• Understanding of adult learning principles
• Interest in behavioural skills development
• Ability to work in highly dynamic environment with high degree of ambiguity
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to write, edit and proof-read quality written content for a variety of medium
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any graduate with a BA/MA in Psychology or Information Design or Game Design or Communication
