Job Summary:

Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative visual designer with a strong background in graphic design and product packaging to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a consistent style and quality across all graphic and packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design:
  • Develop visually stunning graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other print collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets that enhance brand messaging and drive engagement.
Product Packaging Design:
  • Lead the design process for product packaging, from initial concept through to final production.
  • Develop innovative packaging solutions that are not only visually appealing but also functional and aligned with the brand's identity.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand packaging requirements, such as materials, functionality, and user experience.
  • Create dielines, 3D mockups, and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.
Brand Identity & Visual Consistency:
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
  • Maintain a consistent style and quality across all graphic and packaging materials.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the brand's look and feel.
Project Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Oversee and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to help them develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to align design work with broader company goals.
Trend Awareness & Innovation:
  • Stay updated on the latest design and packaging trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team, exploring new design approaches to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  • Experiment with new techniques and tools to elevate design quality and efficiency.
