Job Title: Software Development Professional

Overview:
  • We are seeking a skilled software development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development principles and be passionate about writing high-quality, maintainable code.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Design, code, test, and deploy .NET-based applications (using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#).
  • System Design & Architecture: Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Database Integration: Work with relational databases such as SQL Server, including writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and managing database connectivity.
  • API Development: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using ASP.NET, ensuring they are efficient and meet business needs.
  • Code Quality & Best Practices: Follow software development best practices, including clean coding standards, code reviews, and use of version control (Git).
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve issues and bugs in the application during development and in the production environment.
  • Testing: Write unit tests to ensure the quality of the code, and collaborate with the QA team to ensure the application is free of defects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to implement business requirements and deliver high-quality applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for application designs, API specifications, and deployment processes.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in .NET technologies and industry trends, applying new techniques and best practices to improve application development.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in C# and experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • Experience with ASP.NET for developing web applications and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases and writing complex SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of unit testing frameworks (e.g., MSTest, NUnit, xUnit) and TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
