SAP Sales and Distribution professionals play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies. As a seasoned consultant, you will be responsible for leading discovery workshops to identify gaps and requirements, configuring SAP, designing process flows, and providing customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments based on master process lists to identify gaps and requirements and build a tailored roll-out template.
  • Configure SAP, design efficient process flows, leverage SAP best practices, and deliver customized solutions that meet evolving business demands.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues in S4Hana and S4Hana Public Cloud implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders to identify emerging trends and implement cutting-edge technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects, support/roll out/upgrade projects.
  • Prior experience in toll-manufacturing/sub-contractor setup in SAP is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD consulting, with a strong track record of client-facing roles and project management relevant experience.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with expertise in leading SAP SD modules.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective people management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
