Design Memory Layouts for Optimal Performance

Optimize memory layouts for high-performance and low-power applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with circuit designers to understand schematics and translate them into optimized layouts.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics, and layout constraints.
- Debug physical verification checks including DRC, LVS, ERC, EM, and IR.
- Stay up-to-date with advanced process nodes.
- Utilize scripting experience in SKILL, Python, or TCL to optimize memory layouts.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in memory layout design.
- Experience in either custom-based memories or compiler-based memories.
- Comprehensive knowledge of memory layout principles and optimization techniques.
Design and optimize complex memory layouts using your expertise in circuit design, floor planning, and parasitics. Stay current with emerging technologies and apply your skills to drive innovation in memory layout design.
Develop strategic relationships with cross-functional teams, including circuit designers, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication throughout the design process.
