Senior Campaign Creative Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned creative to take the lead in developing and executing high-impact campaigns across various platforms.

 

Duties:
  • You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams of strategic ideators, copywriters, and graphic artists to create innovative campaigns that deliver real results in the below-the-line space.
  • With 1-3 years of experience in the industry, you have a proven track record of building successful campaigns that drive business growth.
  • As a passionate writer with a flair for language, you have a unique ability to inspire and motivate your team to create compelling content.
  • Plugged into the latest trends in media and technology, you possess the skills to weave them into your campaigns and stay ahead of the competition.
  • With expertise in strategic ideation, creative visualization, copywriting, and film production, you are well-equipped to develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans.
  • Brand enthusiasts with a passion for creating brand-inspired campaigns that drive impact in the BTL space will thrive in this role.
  • As a team player, you love collaborating with counterparts from strategy, art, and technology, and most importantly, you have a passion for pitches and winning them all.

 

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience from a leading agency or event management firm.
  • References from recognized industry luminaries who can attest to your exceptional creativity and leadership skills.
  • A stunning portfolio showcasing your best work and demonstrating your ability to produce high-quality campaigns.
  • Ideal ideation and presentation skills to effectively communicate your vision and ideas to stakeholders.
