Job Title: Windows 365 Cloud PC Device Administrator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and managing Windows 365 Cloud PCs, including provisioning, de-provisioning, maintaining Provisioning Policy, and maintaining the virtual desktop environment.

  • Provisioning: The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing new Windows 365 Cloud PCs, as well as configuring and customizing them to meet business needs.
  • De-provisioning: The candidate will be responsible for removing access to Cloud PCs when employees leave the company or change roles.
  • Maintaining Provisioning Policy: The candidate will ensure that all Cloud PCs are properly configured and maintained, following established policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the performance and health of the Windows 365 environment, taking proactive measures to optimize resource usage. This includes:

  • Monitoring system resources, such as CPU and memory usage, to identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues related to Windows 365, Cloud PCs, and application deployments.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT administration is required, with at least 2 years of experience managing Windows 365 Cloud PCs. Additionally, a strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Azure networking, Win32 application packaging, and Windows OS internals is essential. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are also necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
