• Conduct detailed fertility assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Perform advanced reproductive therapies including IVF, IUI, and related interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Provide empathetic counseling and support throughout the fertility journey.
• Participate in clinical audits, case reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Education: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
• Specialization: Fellowship or MCH in Reproductive Medicine/ART (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of post-qualification experience in fertility or ART practices

• Strong clinical and diagnostic acumen
• Patient-centric approach and empathetic communication
• Proven counseling skills and ability to manage complex fertility cases
