Job Title:

Product Consultant

Job Description:

As a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their product needs and providing solutions that meet those requirements.

This role involves demonstrating Caliber products to customers, performing on-site build installations and configurations, and ensuring thorough understanding of customer requirements.

Additionally, you will assist the delivery lead in project kickoff and planning, execute UAT/SAT (User Acceptance Test/Site Acceptance Test), installation qualification protocols, and train end-users on Caliber Products.

Other responsibilities include installation of production builds and database maintenance plan creation, onsite support and customer call handling, reproducing reported issues or test cases at offshore, patch updating and maintenance, and execution of operational qualification.

You will also support customers on PQ execution, interface configurations, and execute test scripts. Furthermore, you will assist in internal validation of product and document issues and deviations of on-site validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Patience to listen and understand customer queries.
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and quickly mingle with team members.
  • Flexibility to travel for implementation.
  • Strong communication and oral skills are required.
  • QAMS/DMS/LIMS Domain Knowledge is an added advantage.
