Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Ensure patient care meets the highest standards by adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans that promote recovery, wellness, and optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and enhance overall quality.
  • Perform various nursing procedures, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during challenging times.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by hospital policies and regulatory agencies.
  • Stay current with the latest nursing practices, technologies, and research through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications
  • Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with active licensure in good standing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSC) or General Nursing (GNM) from an accredited institution is preferred.
Key Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions about patient care.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
  • Current knowledge of nursing theories, practices, and regulations is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software is an asset.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols is valuable.
