Job Title: HR ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Inspira Knowledge Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, providing strategic advice and guidance on HR-related matters, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement a comprehensive performance management framework, providing regular feedback and coaching to employees to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including communication projects and employee recognition programs.
  • HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics, including cost per hire, retention rates, and time-to-hire, to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, with experience in HR Information Systems and payroll tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
