Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage with HR, Admin, and decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
