Job Description

Collaboration with faculty and alumni will be essential in leveraging connections and referrals for company recruitment.

You will organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to foster networking opportunities for students.

Additionally, you will coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.

Staying updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths will provide relevant information to students.

You will collect feedback from employers and students to continuously improve placement processes.

Your roles and responsibilities may evolve based on the needs of our institution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Preferrably holding a postgraduate degree in any field.
  • An ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in an educational background.
  • Candidates with qualifications from reputable universities will have an added advantage.
