Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned entrepreneur to join our organization in an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) role.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with startup experience to level up their skills without the pressure of running their own business.

The EIR will work closely with our founder, shadowing them daily and participating in key meetings. This role requires high-agency problem-solvers who can think and act like a co-founder.

The ideal candidate has real scars from trying to scale a startup, whether successful or not. They should bring clarity to chaos, structure to complexity, and hustle to execution.
