We are seeking a skilled Development Lead to drive project success, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires strong technical expertise in Java, SAP HANA, and UI5/Fiori, as well as proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, SAP HANA, REST Services, OData Services, and UI5/Fiori, including integration across multiple systems.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Oversee integration between backend systems and frontend applications.
  • Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem solving.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers to support their technical and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred), SAP HANA (database design, SQL, stored procedures), UI5 / Fiori, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exposure to Cloud platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with security standards and performance optimization.
