About the Role

Lead a seasoned Product/UI/UX Designer who can translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences while maintaining design system consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end design thinking processes from discovery to delivery
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes using industry-leading tools
  • Execute comprehensive user research including behavioral analysis and usability testing
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on design handoffs and implementation quality assurance
  • Partner strategically with product and business teams to align design solutions with technical constraints
  • Build scalable design systems with component libraries

Essential Skills & Expertise

  • Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced prototyping and collaborative workflows
  • 5+ years applying design thinking methodologies and persona development
  • Deep understanding of inclusive design principles and WCAG 2.1 guidelines
  • Expertise in responsive design, progressive enhancement, and mobile UX best practices
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate developer collaboration
