Job Description

As a Front Desk Manager, you will oversee all property operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high levels of hospitality and service.

You will serve as the property manager on duty and represent property management in resolving any guest or property-related situations.

Your responsibilities will include managing the flow of questions and directing guests within the lobby, serving as Guest Relations Manager, and handling the tracking of service issues.

Additionally, you will maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to support property operations and goals, communicate any variations to established norms, and expedite the resolution of any problems that may arise through general operation of the property.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
  • Or, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
