Job Title: Controller of Examinations

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to lead the Examination Department as the Controller of Examinations. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient conduct of examinations, assessments, and academic processes align with university regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of examination planning, scheduling, and conduct.
  • Ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and fairness in the examination process.
  • Supervision of result processing, grading, and timely declaration of results.
  • Development and update of examination policies and guidelines.
  • Coordination with academic departments and administrative teams for seamless examination management.
  • Implementation of digital tools and technologies to modernize the examination system.
  • Compliance with UGC and regulatory norms regarding examinations and assessments.
  • Addressing student grievances related to exams and results in a transparent manner.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree with strong academic credentials.
  • Minimum 10 years of administrative experience in examination management.
  • In-depth knowledge of examination systems and academic regulations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in ERP/systems for examination management.
