Facilities Maintenance Specialist

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report issues to supervisors
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized work areas, including tool storage and equipment
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as removing debris, washing surfaces, and addressing minor maintenance issues
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians and supervisors to complete routine and emergency repair tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. facilities management, maintenance technology)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Hindi and Assamese languages; English language proficiency preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including day, evening, and weekend hours
