We are seeking a skilled professional to manage regulatory compliance for our digital lending business. As a key member of our team, you will advise business units on relevant regulatory expectations and ensure timely monitoring and detection of compliance-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and interpret regulations and guidelines related to digital lending, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Provide informed compliance advisory to internal stakeholders on the applicability of regulatory laws and guidelines.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Establish and implement a robust compliance monitoring program to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and procedures related to digital lending products.
  • Manage audits and respond to regulatory inquiries and inspections.
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate compliance reports to senior management and regulators.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments related to digital lending products and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance compliance awareness among employees and stakeholders.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have strong analytical skills to conduct risk assessments, analyze complex information, and provide practical compliance solutions. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, adapt to changing regulatory requirements, and implement necessary changes in compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a fintech environment or bank.
  • Strong knowledge of RBI and NPCI regulations and applicable laws.
  • Analytical skills to conduct risk assessments, analyze complex information, and provide practical compliance solutions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in compliance monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential compliance risks and issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapt to changing regulatory requirements, and implement necessary changes in compliance policies and procedures.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CS, CFA, FRM) is preferred.
