About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and organizing large sets of data into actionable recommendations for management review.

You will produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to reflect volumes, issues, and business trends. Your role will also involve procuring data and making analysis as per requirements of the team with a holistic approach.

In addition, you will coordinate with RCU agencies across India, managing training and follow-ups for reports, handling RCU vendor invoice finalization, and preparation of provision data at the end of the month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and analyzing large datasets to provide actionable insights
  • Producing regular reports to management on volumes, issues, and business trends
  • Procuring data and making analysis as per team requirements
  • Coordinating with RCU agencies across India
  • Managing training and follow-ups for reports
  • Handling RCU vendor invoice finalization
  • Preparation of provision data at the end of the month

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, finance, or data science)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
