Job Title: Security Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented security analyst to collaborate with our consultant on driving key security initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with foundational cybersecurity knowledge or a strong interest in the field, paired with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

  • Support project planning, documentation, and execution of security initiatives.
  • Prepare responses to surveys, RFPs, and vendor assessments.

Operational Execution:

  • Coordinate meetings and communications related to security initiatives.
  • Manage scheduling across time zones and ensure timely follow-ups.

Process & Documentation:

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of security processes and risk registers.
  • Support the preparation of internal reports and presentations on security projects.

Administrative & Logistical Support:

  • Handle basic admin tasks including expense reports and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in managing tools and platforms used by the security team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fundamental knowledge of security principles or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with global teams.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using productivity tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and task management platforms.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience supporting security, engineering, or compliance teams.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
