Senior Java Spring Boot Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Spring Boot Developer to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain scalable, high-performance Java Spring Boot applications for product development and IT services in the EdTech, Finance, and Insurance domains.
  • Design and implement robust REST APIs ensuring application security, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features, participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain application deployment and monitoring in production using Agile/Scrum methodology, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Java (Core + Advanced)
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
  • Experience in RESTful API development & integration, good understanding of Microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment practices
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Understanding of design patterns & best practices
  • Basic knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes (added advantage)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on development experience in Java + Spring Boot
