As a Specialist Internal Audit & Controls professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our organization's internal controls. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting risk assessments and developing audit plans to identify areas for improvement.
- Executing audits to assess the adequacy of internal controls and ensure compliance with management policies and procedures.
- Analyzing data to identify deficiencies in controls, fraud, or lack of compliance.
- Working with process heads to develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Drafting internal audit reports recommending improvements to controls and assessing the adequacy of corrective actions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage audits end-to-end.
- Experience with data analytics and Excel.
- Preferably from the manufacturing industry.
