Key Responsibilities

  • Guide learners through real-world project workflows and capstone projects.
  • Coordinate with junior trainers and maintain curriculum quality.
  • Contribute to course design, tooling, and learning pathways.
  • Provide detailed code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure deployable output.
  • Help students build strong public GitHub portfolios.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on MERN stack development experience
  • Proven leadership or team lead experience in tech or training
  • Strong GitHub profile and real-world projects to showcase
  • Prior mentoring, training, or academic facilitation experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
