Data Integration Manager F/M

Key Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Integration Manager to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between business users, requestors, and delivery teams to ensure effective communication and project follow-up.
  • Integration Management: Oversee planning and execution of integration projects and manage activities, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with organizational objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Be the technical expert for BizTalk, SSIS, and Azure integration topics.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide delivery teams to complete projects on time and within scope, optimizing team productivity.
  • Resource Management: Handle budgeting and cost management for the data integration landscape, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and resource needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and enhance integration processes, implementing best practices to improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Strong background in managing delivery teams and overseeing complex integration projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Understanding of risk management and process improvement techniques.
  • Experience in resource and budget management for IT projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in BizTalk and Azure integration landscape (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and/or Synapse Pipelines).
