Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be a skilled test professional with expertise in both manual functional testing and automation testing.

They should have strong knowledge of Python programming language, particularly with Selenium framework, and be able to design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing for functional, regression, and exploratory test cycles.

Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze requirements and create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
  • Perform manual functional testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium with Python.
  • Execute and maintain regression, smoke, and sanity suites to ensure product stability.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests for continuous validation.
  • Conduct defect reporting, root cause analysis, and impact assessment.
  • Ensure quality metrics, documentation, and test reports are maintained for all releases.
Requirements
  • 7–9 years of software testing experience.
  • Hybrid testing expertise with strong skills in both manual and automation testing.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Selenium with Python.
  • Solid understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
  • Experience in testing web and desktop applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and defect tracking tools.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
