Senior AI Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI Engineer to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • AI Platform Development: Design the architecture of AI Agent platforms, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with our overall architectural vision. Implement major/complex parts of the product, taking ownership of delivery timelines and coordinating complete development.
  • Team Leadership: Communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support the engineering team. Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.
Required Skills
  • AI Architecting Expertise: Proven experience in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • RAG Pipelines Knowledge: Strong knowledge of retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, and knowledge graphs.
  • Conversational AI Expertise: Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Technical Leadership: Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams.
