Job Description:

As a highly experienced SAP Data Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and implementing robust SAP archiving solutions that align with regulatory frameworks like GDPR and SOC. You will work closely with Security Operations Center (SOC) and Enhanced Security Operations Center (eSOC) teams to protect sensitive data. Your key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing SAP Archiving and Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) strategies to optimize system performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will develop and execute data archiving processes for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and other SAP landscapes. This includes defining and implementing data retention, residence time, and legal hold policies in accordance with GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. Additionally, you will drive SAP system decommissioning projects, ensuring secure data access and compliance.

Key aspects of the job include implementing SOC and eSOC compliance strategies for SAP environments, working closely with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools for enhanced monitoring, and troubleshooting and resolving archiving-related performance issues and system bottlenecks.

For this role, we require deep expertise in SAP ILM, GDPR, SOC, eSOC, and data protection laws. You should have hands-on experience with SAP ILM, ADK (Archive Development Kit), SARA, and ArchiveLink. Strong knowledge of SOC and eSOC frameworks, including compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and SOC 2, is also essential.

We are looking for someone who has experience working with Security Operations Centers and SIEM solutions. A strong understanding of SAP Basis, HANA DB, and performance tuning for archiving solutions is required. Experience in automating SAP ILM processes using scripting or third-party tools is a plus.

Other requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. SAP certifications in ILM, Security, or Basis are a plus. Experience with machine learning and AI-driven security analytics for eSOC environments is a plus.
