Business Analyst for Investment Portfolio Management

As a valued member of our investment team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation and monitoring services to our portfolio investments. Your expertise in financial modeling, discounted cash flows, market multiples, and market transactions will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our investment decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough valuations on a range of investments across various industries, utilizing your analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate results.
  • Develop and maintain complex valuation models, detailed memos, and presentations that provide clear and concise insights into investment performance.
  • Independently gather and analyze data pertinent to the investments/models, applying your knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prioritize and execute multiple assignments, including ad-hoc projects, within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in valuation and financial modeling (discounted cash flows, market multiples, market transactions)
  • Strong exposure to US/European primary and secondary markets
  • Excellent excel modeling and analytical skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a professional demeanor
