Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly including logistical operations.
  • Manage debtor and creditor relationships, ensuring timely payments and effective credit control.
  • Conduct customer visits to grow and strengthen relationships and gain insights into their needs and expectations.
  • Follow up on orders, ensuring they are processed and delivered as expected along with following up on payment receivables.
  • Study and analyze the consumption patterns of individual customers to offer tailored solutions and improve service offerings.
  • Send out RFQs, analysis, and reporting of spot freight rates from multiple freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments, ensuring accuracy, market trend monitoring, and effective communication with stakeholders for cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, proficiency in Incoterms, and expertise in ocean freight operations while managing all export and import documentation to support seamless international trade and sales operations.


Qualifications:
  • M.B.A (Finance & Marketing) with 5+ years of experience in Marketing/BDE in Metallurgical industry.
  • A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience with SAP knowledge is preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of the system and its functionalities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, with experience in generating detailed reports for analysis and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Fluency in English is preferred for effective interaction with customers and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel across India for marketing activities and customer visits, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team, with at least 4-5 direct reports, ensuring effective communication and reporting to management.
