Technical Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical QA Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases for mobile apps and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop manual and automated test cases for mobile apps and web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Develop test strategies, plans, and test scripts to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, UI/UX, and integration testing.
  • Track, analyze, and report bugs using industry-standard tools.
  • Establish and maintain automated test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
  • Continuously improve test coverage, tools, and processes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test cases and results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in QA testing for mobile and web applications.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar.
  • Experience working with Android and iOS apps, along with cross-browser testing for web apps.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems and test case management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to validate backend data.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
  • ISTQB or similar QA certification is a plus.
