
Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller for the Real Estate industry. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a persuasive approach to handling customer inquiries, and the ability to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential clients using a provided database.
- Generating leads and identifying interested buyers or sellers. Explaining property details, pricing, and offers to clients.
- FOLLOWING UP WITH PROSPECTS via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Scheduling site visits for potential clients and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system with all customer interactions.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales.
- The ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of real estate trends and market conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
Qualification:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
