We are seeking a detail-oriented Visa Associate to handle the end-to-end visa application process.

The ideal candidate should possess strong understanding of visa requirements across Russia and CIS destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and updated information regarding visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for Russia and CIS destinations.
  • Assist clients in filling out visa forms, compiling documents, and submitting applications to embassies/consulates.
  • Ensure all client-provided documents meet the specific requirements of each country's visa process.
  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers to ensure timely application processing.
  • Keep clients updated on the status of their visa applications and address any issues or queries promptly.
  • Stay updated on changes in visa rules, policies, and requirements for Russia and CIS destinations.
  • Handle escalations or urgent requests related to visa applications efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of visa applications and statuses and report to the management team regularly.

Key Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in handling visa applications or in a similar role in the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of visa processes for Russia and CIS destinations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.

About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Visa Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end visa application process.

Your responsibilities

You will provide accurate and updated information regarding visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for Russia and CIS destinations.

You will assist clients in filling out visa forms, compiling documents, and submitting applications to embassies/consulates.

You will ensure all client-provided documents meet the specific requirements of each country's visa process.

You will liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers to ensure timely application processing.

You will handle escalations or urgent requests related to visa applications efficiently.

You will maintain accurate records of visa applications and statuses and report to the management team regularly.

Your qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1–3 years of experience in handling visa applications or in a similar role in the travel industry.

You will also need to have a strong understanding of visa processes for Russia and CIS destinations.

You will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

You will need to have attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines.
