We are seeking a skilled and experienced visual communications professional to join our team in a completely remote, full-time position. This role requires exceptional design expertise.

Job Description

As a key member of our Growth Team, you will be primarily responsible for providing strategic and tactical design input. Your role will involve creating marketing and sales materials, including product and service decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging visual content for various channels, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Team to understand their needs and create design solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to ensure that your work is of high quality and industry-standard.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of solid graphic and web design experience, ideally in the B2B tech product/service space.
  • Hands-on experience creating marketing and sales materials, including product and service decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and digital assets.
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills, as you will need to understand what's needed, connect the dots between what's said and what isn't, convey your design thinking clearly, and push back on ideas you don't agree with.

Preferred Skills:

  • Motion graphics and video editing, with an understanding of Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Hostlavikat, and/or CapCut.
  • Understanding of AI design tools, including Midjourney, Google AI Studio, Canva AI, and such.
  • Strong front-end skills, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.

Work Environment:

  • 100% remote setup, delivering results while working from anywhere in the world.
  • Flexible work hours, with typical work hours from 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST.
  • 30 days of paid leave per annum and 17 fixed national holidays.
