Visual Design Specialist

We are a hospitality group with multiple concepts in the food and beverage space, ranging from casual eateries to upscale dining experiences. Our brands are design-forward, and we're looking for a visual designer who can bring our vision to life through striking visuals across outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design all outlet materials: menus, packaging, posters, wall graphics, signage, event creatives, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure brand identity is consistent across all materials.
  • Apply brand guidelines into fresh, engaging visuals while keeping design functional and print-ready.
  • Create digital assets (social media, newsletters) when required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure high-quality output.
  • Stay updated with design trends in food, beverage, and lifestyle spaces.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in design, preferably with food, beverage, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; bonus if you know After Effects or Canva).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience preparing print-ready files and working with vendors.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work (collaterals, branding, menus, packaging).
