Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Visualisation Expert to lead and manage a team of designers, providing creative direction and mentorship. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions for our decision intelligence product.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design, ensuring that the design aligns with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Additionally, they will develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of designers, providing creative direction and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
  • Oversight of the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design.
  • Ensure design alignment with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the product.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Stay Up-To-Date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in design.
  • Presentation of design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
  • Experience with data visualization and designing for complex data-driven applications is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
