We are seeking a seasoned Power BI developer to lead the migration of our Tableau dashboards to Power BI. As a key member of our Sales Transformation team, you will be responsible for designing and developing elegant and performant Power BI dashboards that meet the highest standards of accuracy, visual design, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the migration of Tableau to Power BI, optimizing performance, usability, while reducing maintenance overheads and implementing visualization best practices.
  • Develop and optimize Power BI data models, balancing transformations between DAX, Power Query, and upstream data pipelines to create efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Identify feature gaps between Tableau and Power BI, propose practical workarounds, and implement enhancements to meet business needs.
  • Manage Power BI Service, including report publishing, scheduling, and security, to ensure seamless delivery and accessibility.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Power BI development, including expertise in DAX and Power Query, and a solid foundation in Tableau.
  • Able to design elegant dashboards that meet our standards for accuracy, visual design, and performance.
  • Extensive experience developing data pipelines for dashboarding using Python and SQL.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality software products and services.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Power BI development, including expertise in DAX and Power Query.
  • Data Visualization and Analytics.
  • Python, PySpark, SQL.
