Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and develop high-quality coding challenges for assessments and learning modules. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and educational content that tests real-world programming skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Create theoretical questions (MCQs, short answers, scenario-based) that assess knowledge and understanding.
  • Design coding problems with clear instructions, sample input/output, and test cases that simulate real-world scenarios.
  • Categorize questions into difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard) to ensure a challenging yet achievable experience.
  • Evaluate and refine questions to ensure originality and high quality.
  • Collaborate with our team to align with assessment requirements and ensure seamless integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
  • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms, including their practical applications.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and hands-on experience in developing real-world projects.
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and plagiarism-free content that engages learners.
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or preparing coding challenges is highly valued.
