Job Opportunity

We seek a talented Artificial Intelligence Specialist to drive data-based decision-making and AI-driven product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Model Development: Design, build, and optimize supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models using Python, R, SQL, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Data Exploration & Feature Engineering: Clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data; identify significant features using Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Spark/Dask.
  • AI Integration: Develop end-to-end AI pipelines and integrate models into production systems using APIs or deployment frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, Docker, and MLflow.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, domain experts, and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
  • Evaluation & Reporting: Track model performance (e.g., RMSE, F1 score, ROC AUC), and prepare technical documentation and reports.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with latest AI/ML techniques (e.g., LLMs, transformers, reinforcement learning) and propose innovative applications in fintech, healthcare, retail, or other industry-specific areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, Machine Learning frameworks, Deep Learning, Data manipulation and visualization, Model deployment tools, cloud platforms, and MLOps tools.
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and exposure to NLP, computer vision, or generative AI is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
