Backend Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications.

As a Backend Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect, build, and deploy secure, scalable APIs and services that power complex business systems.

  • Design and implement backend services using Python or Node.js frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for enterprise applications.
  • Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth2, and SSO.
  • Optimize backend performance through caching, query tuning, and asynchronous processing.
  • Build modular, reusable, and testable backend code.
  • Deploy applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
Essential Skills
  • Strong programming experience in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) or Node.js (Express, NestJS).
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Experience with ORM tools (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM, Prisma, TypeORM).
  • Knowledge of API best practices, including versioning, throttling, and documentation.
  • Understanding of enterprise system architecture, including microservices and modular monoliths.
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming.
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery).
  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Previous experience in ERP/CRM/PLM/enterprise workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of backend development experience in enterprise applications.
