Job Description

A key role on our team requires a detail-oriented Program Manager with strong cross-functional and technical experience in software/SaaS environments. This professional will drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives to build state-of-the-art conversational AI products.

The successful candidate will lead project timelines, manage resources, and ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will support the delivery of scalable conversational bots, Big Data capabilities, and advanced analytics pipelines that unlock valuable insights for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our vision and business goals.
  • Lead strategic initiatives spanning multiple teams and product domains.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions to identify scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, and costs while adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Track and report on project performance using relevant tools and metrics.
  • Ensure release readiness by working across teams to document, coordinate, and support product launches.
  • Act as a bridge between engineering and product teams, as well as external clients.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation plans.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
  • Support audit engagements, work with auditors, and ensure compliance with key security standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institute.
  • 3–8 years of experience in Program/Product management in the SaaS/Software space.
  • Experience working in R&D, infrastructure, platform, or engineering teams is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong internal and client-facing communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master are a plus.
