About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Collections Expert to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding balances from customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing and Billing: Generate and send invoices to customers in accordance with financial standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Accounts Management: Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve billing issues effectively.
  • Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments to vendors, adhering to payment terms and schedules, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
